You should always read the Summary Plan Benefits document that all insurers, by law, must give you. Do not settle for a simple summary. Read and understand this document, before your first appointment.

Whether your insurer is contracted with the Clinic or not, we will try to do everything in our power to help you. We call every patient's insurance company directly in an attempt to get accurate benefit information. A paper copy of the information we are given by insurers will always be provided to you. We strongly urge all patients to verify with their insurer directly the information we provide to you.
